Cancellation policy

  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount of order value within 48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • After the products dispatched you can cancel the products if any damage/defective seal broken or wrong product
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges levied on your order.
  • And the shipping charges will be deducted

  • No cancellation on Pre-Orders 


Refunds Policy

  •  If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Bank Transfer.100% REFUND, and payment done via payment Gateway, payment Gateway fee will be deducted as they won’t refund their fee after the transaction is successful 95% REFUND

  • If request received after the order is dispatched. 90% REFUND


Returns Policy

  • IT’S ADVICABLE TO MAKE THE VIDEO WHILE THE UNBOXING  THE PRODUCTS
  • If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, on delivery time just contact us at the earliest. We will not accept any complaint of any order after 5 (FIVE) days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for return /refund of products.
  • If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item.

  • You must return the order in original and proper packaging.



Shipping Policy

  • We ship throughout India across all locations served by reputed courier companies.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our store.
  • Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery may be possible.
  • We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Service is not available.

  • Any kind of delay in shipment by courier company THE IT GEAR is not responsible.
